How can I withdraw payments?

Once you have connected your Stripe account, you can send us a “withdrawal” request by clicking on the “WITHDRAW” button that you will find in the “Payments” section on the left-hand side of your Dashboard.

After sending the request from your Dashboard, please send us an email to writing the payment code as the subject (the code that appears after clicking on “WITHDRAW”) and attached your invoice for the requested sum. 

REMEMBER: you can submit the request for the collection of the money from the 1st to the 9th of each month, and you can withdraw the earned money up to the last day of the previous month.
The request will be processed within 7 working days and the amount will be sent directly to your Stripe Connect account.

ATTENTION: before making the request, make sure you have a minimum amount of 50 € available.
